  • Each deeper qualifying level receives a larger half-life portion.
  • Level 5 receives the largest level-based distribution in the example.
  • The buyer at the transaction point does not receive commission simply for making the purchase.

Lifetime Finder’s Fee

If a user lists a property, resort, attraction, or similar business with Simeya, that user can qualify for a 1% finder’s fee on each transaction for life, as long as the listing remains active with Simeya and the user remains part of the platform.
